That third panel, with a classic Susan expression on the pony face... The first two panels could be anyone with the 'pony' card, but that one completely sells "this is Susan" to me.

It wouldn't be guaranteed to replace the cow form. A clothing card, for example, wouldn't replace it. In fact, a cow form could persist without ever triggering this rule if clothing cards were repeatedly replaced.
