How powerful are immortals? Could one poof up a simulated "early Tedd" to talk to? Failing that, could they empower a mortal to be able to do so? It's sort of the complement to Sarah's power.

The "Me made technology" of the improperly reset immortals following Eliot seems to indicate materialization of matter (at least in a other plane) for even very young immortals. I guess if everyone was constantly remaking the world in their own image they kept getting into fights... Hence the rules to only empower and guide.
