1st panel is particularly good news for Liz, what with her multiple earrings. Dunno if she'll ever be in a situation in which that'll matter, but good to know, anyway.

I thought about it for a while, and this makes sense, because the transformation beam spells have all been similar to the transformation gun, in that being shot with one means the target is still them but in a different form. They don't change face (aside from male/female differences) or skin color or anything like that, which happens with the copy/paste spells. If the copy/paste spells were beams, you could have a "Susan beam" or a "Diane beam", which doesn't seem to fit.

Except that it does fit - templates of most/all of the main eight have been saved so that they can be loaded into the TF gun and applied 'just in case'. So canonically you can use the TF gun for a "Sarah beam".

Panel 1 centre image triggered a storm, the end result of which is that I really want Rhoda and Susan to date and shop together and see films together and share clothes and dance together and sit by the river with ice creams on a warm summer evening together and sit by the sea together on a hot summer night when the beach is burning, there's a fog crawlin' over the sand. When she listens to her heart she'll hear the whole world turnin'; she'll see the shootin' stars fallin' through her tremblin' hands. She'll be lickin' her lips and her lipstick shinin'. She'll by dyin' just to ask for a taste. They'll be lyin' together on a silver lining by the light of the Moon ...

...it says something about the kind of days I've been having that I forgot all about that. Gah. :(
