Terrifying Presence

I mean, sure, it gives her unique dialogue options, but there are much more useful perks out there.

- Catalina Vs Giant Boar (more accurately, Catalina helping scare giant boar away)

Seriously, Lucy, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I find myself suddenly wondering how much sense it makes that Diane has her purse on her shoulder in this scene. She's presumably only out of her car to get Lucy, and they're going to go right back to it.

I'm not saying that's something someone wouldn't do. Someone might be more comfortable keeping their purse with them even if only leaving the car for a literal minute or two. I just find myself second-guessing if Diane would do that.

GRANTED, if she keeps the car keys in there, that might just be reflex, and I don't think she has functional pockets at the moment... Okay, no, never mind. She's bringing the purse with her. That makes sense.

It's okay, everyone. The mystery has been solved. I'm glad we talked this through.

Wild Card

Lucy looks fantastic here

Some Ed

The purse thing totally checks out. Back in ye ancient times, my mother wanted to drop something off at a friend's place while my father was taking the family to eat somewhere. There were four people waiting in the car, but she took her purse with her to go to their front door, despite the fact that meant she had an extra thing to carry and she wasn't in the greatest shape so that extra weight was enough of an issue for her to comment upon it. For so many women, taking their purse along is kind of a reflex. Other women, being different people, don't do this.
