Here's the second card for the December "naughty list" reward set! Perona, the Ghost Princess

A second One-Piece design, lol. But I've been meaning to draw her for a long while. I didn't get around to it for the halloween designs, but I thought she'd fit in a sort of "nightmare before christmas" kinda way. I had fun xmas-ifying her outfit.
