Dark Magician Girl - Standee (Patreon)

Here's a brand new Standee design! The Dark Magician Girl!

Who doesn't love a cute magician girl? Her outfit is much harder to drawn than it looks. It has a lot of weird shapes that can look off depending on what angle you draw her at. I tried a dozen different poses and angles before settling on this one. It's simplistic, but I think it works best for a standee, and to make her look like she's emerging from the card.

I re-worked it into a print so I could show it off here, but you can scroll through the images to see a mockup of how the actual standee will look. The card is gonna be the base, so that'll be flat instead of at an angle. I may or may not include the memoriam to Kazuki Takahashi, but if I do include it, it'll only be for the first printing. I could probably also use this as a sticker. I'd still like to make more toon-monster stickers sometime in the future too.

I hope you like it! I'm hoping to have it available in the shop this October, but I can't guarantee that I'll be able to afford to stock up on everything that I'm currently making.
