When requesting the rewards! (Patreon)

Greetings users! there are users that are requesting the rewards but dont say their username and tier X_X... if you are requesting from a  different email than the one in patreon there is no way for me to find you on the patrons list x_X... please if you dont give me this info i cant give you access...
