Overused trope of GHOSTLY GR0PING, but it fits Velma so well.

At first i was getting bored of this picture, but towards the end i started enjoying it. Playing with different layers and effects if fun. I tried my best to make things glow. (Messed up with the last transparent pic so all the glowy green bits stayed on the body.)
