Channeled some more unga energy in this one. Still experimenting with hand drawn motion blur, its so much fun. One thing i gotta say, I  think I cluttered the image too much. I tried my best to make it look like a public event but couldn't draw any proper elements. Backgrounds will forever be a mystery to me.
