Finally!

The followup to that Jackie pic from last year.

I drew the initial sketch awhile ago, but had to postpone it. Anyway, like the previous one, it is based on the Simpsons movie scene where Bart suffers the same fate after being caught by the cops following his little dare.

(I may add some other characters from the show in the audience, feel free to suggest some ideas of whom you'd like there)
