Gonna try to develop my OC by havng her wear those meme outfits...

But I'm so out of the loop I thought this dress was one of themt:

...But I can't find the twitter post mentionning it, and I haven't seen any other OC wearing it...

(my first intent was to do the meme swimsuit)

But then I saw the dress and changed course.

Oh Well it is a nice dress and it fits Maxine so there's at least that!

Oh right, "Maxine". That's the name my gf suggested for my OC, and I like it. Not sure it's her definitive name yet
