Sometimes Patreon takes a bit to recognize the sub. You could try going to settings, disconnect from my website and try reconnecting again. That may speed up the process

I just send a password reset through the site to see if that fixes it. Otherwise another thing you can try is disconnect from my website from patreon and try reconnecting again. Go to settings (desktop version) and look for an area called connected apps or something similar and disconnect from my site. Then go to my site and login to see if that worked.

I am using a laptop and have tried all of those things and it still doesn't work. When I go to Patreon it brings up that I am your member but. When I go to your site it doesn't work.
