[Important Announcement] (Patreon)

Hello, everyone. I have some unfortunate news. Some of you may have noticed, but without warning, I have been suspended on Patreon as my artwork does not meet their current guidelines anymore.

What does this mean?

1. I cannot message anyone on here nor can I see any previous messages.

2. My page is no longer visible to others. I cannot be followed on here anymore.

3. Any current Patrons will not be charged and payments have been paused.

4. This page could be closed down at anytime at their discretion.

These restrictions on my account will disappear when their issue with my page is resolved.

So what was the problem?

Although I maintain that the characters depicted are 18+, they did not like some of my previous works; loli body types and gory crushing (bloodstain etc.) are considered explicit. And so, I have come under suspension. I have already had to delete some of my artwork off my Patreon page and am still waiting for a response from their support team. Unfortunately, they are not being very prompt nor accommodating. They say it will take more than a week for them to get back to me. It's closely approaching the 48h mark since my last e-mail to them. I am quite certain they will ask me to delete more as they just glanced at my page and listed a few recent examples. As such, they were ambiguous and didn't fully explain what the entire issue was; but just asking me to delete a few artworks off my page and to get back to them, as if to make me comply with them multiple times instead of making this a one-and-done situation.

They have also asked me to delete artwork from my personal public galleries too. This is something I absolutely refuse to do as I value freedom and creative expression. I will not deny people the right to see my artwork in my public galleries just to appease Patreon. I am beginning to consider closing this down as I am starting to take this as a way for them to make me voluntarily retire from their platform. I may move to SubscribeStar or pixiv fanbox. I think this is the best and healthiest choice for me to make in the long term. Still, I will deliver the rewards for this month: I will do both comic updates and finish work on any withstanding commissions and will have to forego doing free illustrations/poll choices for now. I have a saved backlog of all the winners you have selected and will draw them in the future.

Thank you so much for all the support over the years, tiny supporters! ​I am so sorry for this inconvenience and the recent delays, but it seems Patreon finds me no longer welcome here. I think I'm being forced out by them instead of outright just shutting my page down (but that's still within the realm of possibility). Still, I have hope for the future.
