Interacting with Objects in Live Mode

Alejandro is working on how live mode interactions can alter build mode objects. Let me showcase some examples right now.

💡 Turning a light on or off

Players can use the interaction menu on lights to turn them on and off.

📺 Interacting with the TV

When Parafolks are watching TV, the screen turns on and sounds are emitted.

🍰 Grabbing portions from a cake

Parafolks can grab servings of food. For instance, the cake object is updated from time to time when a Para takes a part of it until there is no more cake.

Next, Alejandro is going to add more interactivity to the objects when using them in live mode, such as:

• Having the level of water rise and lower in sinks and baths
• Having fridges, ovens, dishwashers and other objects with door animate
• Having effects like a stream of water and mist in the shower and sink

New Bathroom Objects

Léa recently created new objects for the bathroom including a toilet, a modern sink and a bath which can also be used as a shower. We’ve built this cute bathroom to showcase them! It features a curved wall and a platform which I personally really like to see in real life bathrooms. Great, now I feel like taking a bubble bath tonight. Maybe I’ll have a glass of wine too.

There are no curtains for the shower yet, but it’s coming up and there will be customization options for them! 🛀
