Hey all! We're real close to the Lillie demo now but we're taking some time to show you some of the cool new things we've added. Since our last developer log we've made a few (a lot of) dialogue system improvements. It's all coming together, it's really starting to feel real! We have multiple characters on screen now, It's easy to fit three characters on screen but we can go further if there's a need for it in the future. (Catfights between girls, anyone?)

                        Someone do something about these darn e-mails!

Melody has been written into the plot with a fleshed out story incorporating elements of her real story into the story setting. If you've been following her streams and social media, you'll know which elements we're talking about. When she is first revealed in game she will have been spamming your company with tons and tons of junk mail. Why? You'll have to find out in the demo! This is a no spoiler zone! (Unless you know her story origins, of course!)

                                    Fancy a bit of Amber to brighten up your day?

Your boss is Sip Yong Sun, a former Special Forces Operator now working as a CEO at a new Private Security Company, Uragon Corp. Being the boss, he as all the shiny toys you'd expect from someone in his position. Sip's office has a huge video screen where he likes to do mission briefings while the rest of the facility is built. He will also have a classical art monitor animated behind his desk soon once the scenery is complete for this room.

     Or perhaps you prefer to pretend being underwater and cool your head?

His background wall will have a variety of animations and effects that he will choose throughout the game when you talk in his office. He can also turn it off and show you the city outside, instead.

The portrait constructor has been improved, you can now use a preset color or use our color picker to select a color for the item. Initially we wanted three  We have added even more styles to choose from too! The combinations you can have for this are greatly improved now and we'll continue to add portrait pieces as the game develops. If you have any suggestions for accessory pieces, hairstyles, or clothes, let us know in the comments below and we might add a few for the next round of updates.

The portrait creator is part of a pervasive in-game life management system that you will encounter frequently during the game, incorporating an ancient retro computing theme still being maintained and running in the future. Its pervasiveness will create plot lines in future updates.

                             Are you just gonna stand there and stare all day?

This system will allow you to see information about other characters in the game. One of the features we've incorporated is your choices in dialogue, battle and elsewhere will change your relationship with the characters, 3rd party factions and company. Sour your character with a girl and she may not want anything to do with you anymore, become too friendly with a girl and it may close routes with other girls if they have interpersonal conflicts with each other. Be nice to the girls, but not too nice or someone else might get jealous!

                              Killer in the streets, also a killer in the sheets

Speaking of Lillie, one of our most requested pieces has been her character sheet. Lillie, full name Lillie White, is Sip Yong Sun's secretary and right hand person. While most of her tasks include seeing to the day to day details of Uragon Corp., from time to time she is known to disappear for days to perform "reconnaissance" work for Sip.

Skilled in tradecraft and marksmanship, she can gather intel from foes and eliminate them if need be either from up close or from hundreds of yards away. Rumor has it that she served under Sip's command where she carried out orders with deadly efficiency.

She's the first girl you encounter in Uragoner, as you start your first day at work with the company. As the newly hired Director of Operations, you report directly to Sip through Lillie. There's a lot of backstory and lore written for her which we hope you will discover during your playthrough of her route. We will be releasing her full character sheet soon, keep your eyes out for it!
