Happy Humpday everyone! It seems like I got a lot done during the weekend and this is a drawing I have wanted to do for a long time ever since I drew some sketches of Little Lorna in the ring a few years back (attached one, I couldn't find the other).

The art really inspired plenty of discussion around wrestling and although a good friend of mine is a retired Professional wrestler (he was one of the baddies and still gets booed by people when he goes to watch matches. Lol) I never really understood it regardless of hard he tried.

When I was young (we're talking the 80s and 90s here) wrestling was just taking off and the first Wrestlemania was a HUGE event. I think Hulk Hogan won it. Well, we only had one TV in the house and streaming media was still a few decades away so my brother who loves sports and wrestling allocated his TV time to watching matches on the weekend and with nothing better to do, I watched it as well.

I don't think I had the same appreciation for it as he did but I did find some fun in watching the matches but not enough to keep following it.

So, sorry for all of the OG references to things.  I grew up with The Ultimate Warrior, Andre the Giant the Roddy Piper... and of course Miss Elizabeth! I hope all of you "young" know your wrestling history because a bunch of them will be making a comeback!
