I think my body proportions are totally off.  I seem to make the legs too long and the body too short.  When I draw clothing, it seems to never fit quite right.

The boobs end up being way too high and the crotch never lining up properly.

5.5 heads height for a short anime style girl.

Pretty rudimentary but I seemed to have never learned that.

I struggle all the time with proportions it's why I never draw a human or humanoid characters because I just never been able to properly understand it 😓

I consider a lot of that your unique cartoon style. But I do wonder where Lorna finds size 17 1/2 stilettos?

Okay…I’m going to not draw pretty girls anymore! All mechs and spaceships! Now look what you’ve done! Lol. My characters always seem fine until I cloth them and then it all goes wrong. Time to unlearn years of bad habits. :(

I don't know that I would call her proportions a "mistake". More like a stylistic choice. She always looks like LL. I seem to recall maybe once in the past when I mentioned that her head was too big in a particular Image. In general, you are very consistent.

Maybe “proportions” is the wrong word. It’s the ratios that I think I’m doing wrong. I seem to like drawing her head bigger so she looks more “little” which is more cartoony.

sinope

Haha. The goody bits may not line up as well anymore. She may need a little lift if she wants sex standing up!

Hmmmmm . . . well whatever . . . just keep up the great work!

Whoa there! I thought those proportions were on purpose for making a cartoon lady sessy. I refuse to disclose how much time I've spent adjusting my 3D models to fit your style of character. I literally lengthen the legs and feet, shorten the pelvis and upper chest (which raises the breasts), scale the neck skinny and long, and scale the head up. All because I like your interpretation of "toon".

Oh wow! I’m honoured to be one of your projects. I booted up blender today. I think if I get ahead of myself on pages, I’ll do a serious dive into it.
