Hey everyone. It’s been a really tough couple of weeks for me. I’ve really sunk into some weird depression and have been getting a lot of flack on some art posting sites where I share my work for both the “Daddy-O Swing” and “Loophole” art. A lot of accusations of pedoporn and it seems pretty universal. I even got into-banned from a bunch of them. This has been really disturbing to me as I’ve never had this problem before so need to readjust my art perception a bit. I like drawing her short but it it seems like people do not see the same thing I’m seeing… just a cute short girl! I know you guys are really used to how I draw and I’m sure we all do not see it but, it really is troublesome if that is how it is generally viewed.

Anyways, of course people are not too nice about these sorts of things (as they SHOULD be if they think someone is drawing uderage art) and it has been really difficult getting that kind of abuse and risk to myself.

So , Little Lorna will be taller from now on and I will have to stop doing the “high school” genre. College aged is good enough (just not as funny).

Ugh. North America is such a asshole place to live. Maybe I should move to Japan or Spain or Italy or anywhere else where they don’t kink shame.

I just feel awful right now but I’ll get over it.

The kink shaming will happen everywhere, it's just America is in a huge anti-pedo craze (as they should be) because of the Epstein stuff. I've always understood your character as an at age girl who's just really tiny. I will admit the size difference concerned me for her sake until I remind myself she's a freaking drawing 😅 you draw her how you feel you need her to look, but I'm still here to support your art that I love.

Yeah, don't let it get you down. It's a very puritan North America thing. And yeah, we're just used to your art, but to an untrained eye I can see how it might seem UA. In any case, totally agree that what's taboo in one locale is totally kosher in another (Japan), and that's just annoying AF to an artist! Will always look forward to your art! Keep it up! But also remember to take breaks!

To the people who are giving you a hard time, I quote MST3K, “repeat to yourself that it’s just a show, I should really just relax.” (or in this case a cartoon). We will support you no matter what, Julia.

Don't what people think, sure she looks a little young but we love Little Lorna for who she is and we''ll always support you Julia no matter what the haters think also how much taller will she be? we don't want her too tall as she won't be as cute

Dude, take my advice and tell them to go fuck themselves. Your not the only artist I know attacked for bullshit accusation and was worried for their lives. I told him to calm down and gave him peace of mind because I am fighting in that front of such puritans like the UN has been doing lately. It is sad this new generation ruined... I never imagined the youth to become the prude old people and I know why but that's for another rant/story. What I can ensure you, those people will be gone as their power is waning more and more... after nearly 6 years of darkness, there is light at the end of this.

Our international sport seems to have become fault finding and shaming. I keep seeing your image when I do a web search on "chronic depression" and want for you to keep cranking out Little Porna art as part of your therapy. As to the carpers, shamers and Karens, take solace in how sad their lives must be. You have a whole universe of fans that may be too silent, but appreciate you and send our love. Cheers

Think the quote from Anais Nin is applicable "We don't see things as they are, we see things as we are." Lots of villagers with pitchforks running around out there looking for sumthing to burn so as to deny what's within them. Keep LL short...!

Sent you a longer DM but tl;dr wanted to express my sympathy - this sort of stuff (the fear of backlash in particular, in spite of all of this being fantasy and made up in the first place) is a lot of what pushed me into my maybe-temporary hiatus. Thinking good thoughts toward you, along with the rest of your fans.

I love your stuff and don't think you should change. But I do see where some of your stuff might come across like it's winking a bit at when you say she's 18. I'm not sure if that's entirely how Lorna looks--I'm almost 30 and I know I look more like a high school kid than Lorna does--but the combination of things from her naivete, to living at home, being taken places by her dad, etc. BUT--so what? You're not putting out art that appeals to pedophiles. Lorna is not a child. Maybe the character is legally, but it's fiction and the visual representation is very much an adult. It's like watching tv shows that make high school seem like a constant orgy (I may have gone to a boring high school?) but do it with actors who are most definitely in their 20s. The fantasies you're spoofing are drawn from that same genre. They're more explicit because the tv and movies just imply it, but its not like we're not all thinking it.

100% agree just because I I'm obsessed with and jerk off to LL doesn't mean I'm a peado in real life

Sorry that people don't read the whole post where it tells them she is 18. Carry on and we will support you.

got it… thanks! As an artist, I love pushing boundries so I need to take all things into consideration when things maybe pushed too far. I have in the past pushed things far past my comfort level that has resulted in panic attacks and psycological distress so I know sometimes I take things too far.
