Warmup Sketch Commission. (Patreon)

Gmutson gave me a bunch of commission requests and this one I was particularly excited about.  I usually like to keep Little Lorna the centre of attention (as ALL girls should be the centre of attention of their own story... LOL) but I was intrigued with this one.

Little Lorna is sent to detention along with a new character...Holly.  Holly is a bit of a bad ass but definitely NOT one to ever get in any trouble at school.  I'm really enjoying imagining what this girl is like because when I was in high school, I was more of the Little Lorna type (without all of the raunchy situations) and I was friends with so many girls like this.  Tall, athletic, cool, smart, witty and a really good head on their shoulders.  I always looked up to them!

I think the reason why I am so drawn to this one is the opportunity to do unique expressions and poses.  Both are in the same situation however Little Lorna is handling it quite well and the other girl is terrified.  Little Lorna is definitely concerned with how the other girl is handling it and just using subtle expressions and body language, try to convey that.

Anyways, I'm sure this will be a Diary entry and just one drawing is not going to quite do it!
