Shogun's Army has no place for weak soldiers and Madame Kujou Sara sees to it that her soldiers are receiving proper training both on the field and in the Shogun's Gym of great Gains! As a Tengu Warrior, she also trains day and night to stay in top shape to repel the Sangonomiya Rebels from encroaching on Shogun's domains. 

How many can resist her Tengu charms? Not many!

It's even said in the game that the Shogun's Army fought as hard as they did so long as Kujou Sara was there to lead them in battles.
