An eternity of solitude and no tan to show for it. It was high time for Raiden Shogun to investigate the lovely beaches surrounding Narukami Islands and what better way to enjoy the stroll on the sands than to strip off the kimono and embrace the bikini for higher mobility to cut down Fatui and Kairagi alike with negligible efficiency? 

Or maybe it isn't the mobility that prompted Raiden to adopt the bikini look. She might catch her foes off guard while they're admiring her nice body resulting in an instant kill.
