The trials and tribulations of Brooke's brother, Jalen, now begin. I was just able to get the first page of that comic done before it was time to upload. But it establishes what it will be about pretty succinctly.

He looks very pretty here, I like his hair! Also I’ve always liked how different animal groups in your world correspond to different human ethnicities based on where the species originated from. It just makes sense to me. Like, of course raccoons are Native American, they’re an American species!

Lynne got a lot of investment (deservingly so) , penny got the spotlight, Trixie got two major features in HYRF and FON. While I thought all of these were exquisite and awesome in their own way it’ll be nice to see the perspective of a less exposed character for some time. Im HERE for the ride

Don't get me wrong (as I do love your comics), but I rather hoped for some artistic shorts. Yo know, like the ones in the past with a lot of text or no text at all. Diaries, manuals, the "O-natomy" and so on. The pages were less focused on the traditional comic frames. But then again - it might be just me. :-) <3

The lot-of-text ones probably won't happen. One thing I've been trying to ensure I do with my comics is more show and not as much tell.
