You may have noticed my coloring getting more detailed, especially in the fur fluffs. I’ve been liking that a bit, but it’s annihilated the muscles in my left forearm. Like a dork, I absent mindedly keep hovering my fingers over the function wheel (pictured here), and rapidly changing brush sizes with it as I go.

Over the last month I’ve noticed those muscles were sore and getting worse. My constant work keeping me from being able to heal them. Today, after coloring Trixie’s comic, I got up and it was feeling on fire.

I’m going to have to tie my arm behind my back and just work with one hand until it’s okay. This means work may be slower, but I’ll press on.

Dude, you do not have to prove the phrase “suffering for one’s art.“ RSIs suck.

Don't push yourself buddy, you don't need to hurt yourself for our entertainment, learn to get some r&r every now and again

Xystophoroi

RSI is weird. It aches a bit then goes away, spends ages barely noticeable or a minor annoyance and then one day it's just debilitating out of the blue. Should go away on its own though if you give the arm a proper chance to rest.

Your health is more important than the speed that you can post so take it easy and get some rest.

As others say, don't overwork or stress yourself to the point of injury. even now I think most people would understand if a break on your part is taken/needed. If it helps you decide, the game developers for Deep Rock Galactic, apologized for a lack of updates in the upcoming week, as the team was taking the week off to spend time with family over holidays. The fans' reception was overwhelmingly positive and even encouraging it. so Take a couple of days of if needed.

I often see you posting stuff over the weekend also. Maybe sticking to weekends as days off to cool those big porn generator arms of yours would do you some good. You know, the whole work life balance :)

It's all fun and games until you start to lose feeling in your hand....Ask me how I know.

ya you gotta heal take it slow

FighterFigger

It takes only one hand to read your comics, I never figured it may take two or three hands to draw them.

Nathan Smith

Your work ethic is inspiring. I hope you take enough time off to heal. Please don't injury yourself rushing to augment my spank bank

Buoyant Citrus

Might I suggest a variable foot pedal?

Charlie Hart

Oh, no! Please stand down, so you can take care of yourself....
