Working on this today after sketching it out last night. I'll color it before letting myself have a weekend.


The Red/Jalen comic is what I'm pretty sure I'll be doing next, once I'm done with the ongoing Trixie comic adventure.

I've mixed feelings about this. I'm a fan of Red and not that I have any problem with Jalen but I guess I've always like the relationship Red had with Jeremy.

The last Red comic was "Red" from 2013, I think. That's nine years ago. It's in the back issue downloads that are posted on the 5th of every month for the comic tiers.

I know and love that one. Did she had others as well or is she more a thing on your other channel? I noted some standard alone drawings here (all great work btw!) anyway i am a big fan of her! For me she well be always be my #1

There are tags on entries, and I use my character names as tags. So if you want to see more Red pictures, you can just click on the tag and it should load all other images with Red in it.

I am wondering why you chose to reverse the original drawing before completing it.

Often after scanning into photoshop, it's good to flip it horizontally while shading it to see if there are any balance issues. Sometimes I stick with the reversed image for the final presentation. In this case, I think I liked it more for eye flow, since most of us read from left to right. And there's nothing asymetrical about the characters to prevent it.
