This one took some time, because I couldn't decide on the pose because on one hand I wanna make it fucky and intimate, on the other I wanna make it in character for Kai, because he is averted to people touching him? So I guess minimal contact with quirkless Izuku should be in character enough?:'D

Also someday I will draw his beautiful face, Overhaul is actually one of my fav villains along with Stain.
