KiaraSims4Mods Forms Changes (Patreon)

Hello!

I like to keep you all updated. 

Report Errors and Questions - Only used to report LE's, errors with my mods and general questions that you may encounter when using my mods. You can also use this form if you want a mod that is now available for public release and upload a screenshot of a donation.

Mod Requests - The form now includes the mod improvements or suggestions that was in a previous form. This is the form where Google keeps flagging me when requests are submitted. If you are not including a document with your request please use this form.

Mod Requests Upload Files - Use this form here if you want to make a quick request with only a word document and your name.

KiaraSims4Mods Feedback - For some reason Google Forms keeps deleting my form for feedback. You can leave comments, say thanks or constructive criticism here and it will only be viewed by me. You do not have to leave your name but I do ask that everyone complete the form.

Thank you all again for helping make things easier for me. I am going to be making some requests today, so please keep submitting. They are created randomly and I kind of just take a number and go from there. You will get a response if the request is created or denied.
