Wowee has in been a bit. I'm very happy with the progress I've made on this! I've said this before but I'll say it again, Line art is absolutely the longest process of animation for me. I'm hoping to be more efficient with it as I keep animating, but long projects like this really do me in. Anyway, I'm getting close to actually finishing the line art for this scene, then we'll be in the home stretch to finishing this!

Unlike previous posts, this one I chopped up into a bunch of individual gifs because I'm currently in the process of lining them all up with the audio. If you go waaaay back to the storyboard posts I made, you'll notice I made some pretty major changes to some of the poses in this. I wanted these loops to be unique, and not just the same side profile poses doing different things. Some of these may be subject to change later because some of them don't fit perfectly with the audio, and some are even a little lower in quality than what I want (The ones of Ruby being pressed against the glass specifically feel rushed).

I'm going to continue with working on this into August. I'm not sure what the next WIP will look like, so we'll see when I make another month of progress. Thank you all so much for your patience with me on this project!
