I haven't seen Karvaan. QSQT or HAHK aren't masterpieces but are good films in their genres, with their significance for Indian cinema upon release. They might be appreciated by foreign viewers travelling through Indian cinema. If you are curious Jimmy Cage recently reviewied QSQT. And he is reacting step by step to songs from HAHK (after reviewing it some time ago).
