The guy in the black outfit and cowboy hat is Javed Jaffrey ; you have seen him in a minor role in 3 Idiots as the 'real' Rancho. I want to say he started his career dancing but what he is better known for to most people is playing MANY supporting characters in a lot of memorable films. I think even before his acting career, he was a judge on the TV show Boogie Woogie (a reality dance show before being intentionally melodramatic bc production wanted ratings to be higher was a thing) & it was always delightful to hear his kind commentary for the contestants, which made him a fan favorite. What a lot of people remember him fondly for is playing the role of an Indian-Australian landlord in the popular rom-com Salaam Namaste which also stars Saif so it was fun to see them share the screen again with this movie.

Finally in weard way it may be… but u just got a glimpse of the talented Javed Jaffery. Most of us from the 80s and 90s will tell u tht the top dancers in cinema were Javed Jaffery, Prabhudeva and Shamak Davar.. Javed was the first to introduce or say popularise western form of dance in movies… he is knws for his voice, dancing and he is a powerhouse of a talent..
