Updated tier prices. (Patreon)

I updated the prices for the tiers with sketch rewards and also added 2 more changes.
-You can no longer save/pile up monthly rewards, if you don't claim it by the end of the month they're gone. You can however request a longer commission that I can do through the months.
-You can request Rainbow six Siege characters again.

All slots are empty again so take them while they last.
