Months ago watching the news, this epidemic outbreak felt distant and I hoped it to end there. But unfortunately begun to spread and now we have a pandemic situation.
I've been isolated here in my home for a month because it was reported that some of the people of this little town was infected. Yea, Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is real and is spreading fast and can be near you.

What I wanted to say is stay healthy, eat well trying to increase your immunologic system because is the only thing that can protect us for now until they produce the vaccines.

Careful with misinformation, there's a lot of stuff on the internet that can be harmful, so if you suspect that you got the virus first of all isolate yourself to protect those that are around you and contact immediately the health service of your region.
And don't Panic! Desperation never helped in these bad situtations.

To overcome this situation we need to do our part. Protecting yourself is protecting the others.
