FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions (Patreon)

- I don't have time to check all the posts one-by-one there's a way to get the the files in one place?
= Yes. In the main page of this Patreon, on the top, you can see the "Archive" and "Content Navigation" banners. Through these posts you can download all the files available in this Patreon.

- Can I sell your models?
= Yes, you can. But with some conditions. NEVER redistribute or sell the files. NEVER claim the authorship of the designs. You're only allowed to sell your printings. The profit is 100% yours. You don't need to pay me anything.

- You do comissions?
= At the moment no because currently I have a really tight schedule. But I'm going to open for comissions in the future. I let you know through my social medias.

- Can I request models?
= Unfortunately No. Why? Because I can't make all the models of every request. And if I make just because someone asked then it opens to others to question why I don't make their requests. It's not going to be fair. So, for now I'm not receiving any requests.

- Can I download or buy the previous months Limited models?
= No. The Limited models are unique models, perks, for members that subscribed the month of the release.

- Do you have an external link to download the files?
= No. You can only download through Patreon.

- Is there any way to get the models without being via Patreon?
= At the moment only through Patreon. But I'm looking for other alternatives for people that can't pay through PayPal, or because for some reason don't want to subscribe Patreon.

- Do you sell the models individually?
= No because I'm not selling models, actually the models are perks(or rewards) for supporters. So, technically I'm not selling the models.

- You stopped to make free stuff for Thingiverse?
= Currently I'm dedicating all my time to my Patrons here. So, is not easy to make new freebies. Maybe in the future when this become my full time job. Maybe.

- I have a question and I need to contact you. When you're available?
= Normally at 7:00 to 15:00 Pacific Time (PST). But, you can message me anytime. Expect a reply in 12 to 24hs.  

- There's a way to contact you outside of Patreon?
= You can contact me through e-mail at: purakito@gmail.com . I'm not replying DM in Instagram, Twitter, Thingiverse, Youtube. Only via Patreon or E-mail.
