After new "gift" from Bethesda with last update some people has a problem with mods, builded on new game wersion because of changes in masterfiles. New masters have version ID 1.71 instead of old 1.70. It can cause plugins load problem on older game versions like SE.

In this update Masters ID changed to old 1.7000. 

Please check it and tell me if it works.

Waitress statues was reuploaded in new post. If all works fine i will change UBE SOS addon esp settings.

On December 5, 2023, Bethesda released the Creations update for Skyrim Special Edition. Not only did this break compatibility with SKSE mods, it also broke compatibility with plugins (.ESP, .ESL, .ESM) by incrementing their header versions from 1.70 to 1.71. Attempting to use a version 1.71 plugin on an old game build will likely crash. So why did they do this? To expand the maximum number of new records in an ESL from 2048 to 4096.

Hm... Maybe there is some connection with TES6. Release of Starfieldwas.... not good so they can speedup work on TES6. Besides of all it will be made on same engine as Skyrim (official info)

the solution is to return to 1.6440 and block any updates. This is what I have done fortunately for several years. It's very easy to do. You must refuse all update downloads outside of games and refuse any update in games.
