Before Sanj graduated, she made sure to decide upon the next captain of the basketball team. She'd discussed it with Shannon in the past, and now decided to officially pass the mantle to her through the tried and true tradition: crushing her in the legendary captain shoes. They'd been passed down for years, without a hint of polish or sheen applied since the day they were bought.

The idea came to me as I was in the process of drawing this, and I thought it'd be fun to have a long standing school team tradition using an old pair of dirty sneaks lol. They aren't necessarily worn by every captain, but they are always used for this tradition of captain crushing! Hope y'all enjoy XD
