Subscription billing enabled (Patreon)

Patrons are now more flexible with their pledge. New patrons can now support us anytime of the month and won't have to be charged again during default cutoff at the beginning of the month. 

Previously, patrons doesn't pledge near the cutoff date knowing they'll only have a few days of access to content until patreon charge them again for the new month. With this new update, they don't have to worry about it anymore and they have access to content for a full month.
