I will be carrying over ideas I love but didn't get a chance to do, so you do NOT need to resubmit them yourself. If you have an old idea you still love, and have not submitted it for over 6 months, feel free to resubmit it.

Note that only the scenario box is essential. The others help me out, but aren't necessarily needed. Don't feel put out by 'em, just use 'em if you want. Pasting everything into the scenario box is still fine.

Rules as always: One suggestion per entry, but make as many entries as you want! Usually I say ideas do not need to be month-themed, but this time, I will be doing as MANY spooky ideas as I can. I'm not gonna say non-spooky ideas have a 0% chance of getting done, but I will be very heavily leaning towards doing spooky ones. Here's an exhaustive list of October's holidays:
