W.I.P. - Hidden Gems + Mocap Testing Progress Reports (Patreon)

I was all-in on this scene for the past couple days, mainly working on the concept, poses and animations. This is where you will be choosing the girls and the clothing before they get out / before the player model begins tailing.

First release will include only Belline and short shorts clothing preset, with 1-2 interactive dialogue to establish Belline's personality. She will be also talking on the phone but mostly saying basic things.

Handcrafted + Mocap Animations

I found my footing in terms of blending mocap and handcrafted animations, with interactions in mind. I must say this turned out to be very very compatible with the way I create my scenes and animations, though I still had to come up with some ideas and it will require a bit more work in terms of triggers.





Natural Female Movements & Acting

I noticed some people -if not all- do care who performs the mocaps be it for weirdness of the creator directly interacting with you or because of movements and maybe some other reason. I'm also aware of the fact that most famous mocap creators are working with models,

I'm also working with someone for mocaps in this scene but they are currently in it just for fun, not sure about the future but for now it allows for a quick work since I can immediately tweak things on the scene without going back and forth between VR and PC. But I believe the way I work, going forward might make things frustrating for everyone involved unless they are willing to keep doing things over and over again.

Regardless, I can say that at least for my scenes, it doesn't matter who performs the mocaps because I'm butchering at least half of all the mocap animations while going over them.




What To Expect

•From now on you can expect the same pose quality in my scenes but longer and more natural idle loop animations.

•With the power of mocap blending with hand crafted animations and expressions, the characters are going to feel even more alive.

•Polished mocap animations so you don't feel like you are watching a smiling person possessed by ghosts.

•No mocap for the sake of mocap. We are all here for a reason. If there is something obviously hot or the animation / the girl has a quirk to them, it will be there for you to enjoy. You don't have to go through 1-2 minutes of mocap just to see a specific thing again.


Overall just expect the same quality but now with the power of mocaps.




Info About Screenshot

Belline here is on a 14 seconds mocap loop. Though I've gone through the entire animation to the point that it looks entirely handcrafted.

Also added micro expressions and some other quirks you can expect from my scenes.
