W.I.P. - Wholesome Belline (Patreon)
Content
Hey,
I know I was silent for some time. You can see me talk more about it down the post.
Description
This scene will play out a bit like The Antique Business rather than Wholesome Ellie. Though it's still going to be a dating sim and meanwhile Belline is still going to be a dirty sl*t, she will also show more of her other parts of personality.
I believe I also found the way of maintaining good lighting without murdering your frame rates and obviously without the long in-game loading screens. I don't know why it took me so long because the workaround I came up with is very simple. It was kind of an eureka moment for me.
I will be updating the scene, again similiar to The Antique Business... This is going to be a long ride, with multiple locations and is going to include some dark stories & rough positions, optional NTR etc. down the line.
The updates will be exclusive to Patreon until the scene is fully completed. After that, a portion of the scene will be released for free as a demo.
I'm planning to release the first version before the end of the month. It will also feature a gallery mode at full release.
About silence
I guess I don't have to tell you that I'm still not at the place I want to be in terms of mental health, despite what I believed a couple months ago.
Though I also realized this doesn't affect too much of what I do with VaM since it helps me clear my head despite being frustrating some times.
The thing is, I want to do more with VaM but can't because both the game itself doesn't allow me to and I don't have the capability or time to do them all by myself. And I just really want to do more. The fact that I can't broke my spirit and gave me a feeling of burnout.
I'm also getting many messages about wanting silly positions, even though I want to make them too some are impossible and this also breaks my spirit. A true full-nelson position as an example, is totally impossible no matter the collisions or joint settings. The only way to create it is to "lock," every joint but that creates other problems.
Anyways, figuring out the workaround for lighting cheered me up a bit since I can partially do some stuff now, like multiple locations, more story & interaction meanwhile keeping my tradition of "no actual loading screens." This is very good because story & context make things hotter.
This scene is me trying to get back at it and hopefully it will be good. And I hope to be more active again.
