Felicia is a fun, flirtatious girl, but only when she's comfortable and in control. She's not a model like MJ is, and isn't used to putting her body on display in front of men in this way... especially men she doesn't know. This is MJ's world, not Felicia's, and her initial hesitation comes from her inexperience as well as the fact that she's probably picking up on signals that something is off... that this is a set-up.
