I've had to do a lot of stuff this month, but the brunt of it is over so I'm free to work on this month's exclusives. I've already got a few sketches I'm happy with continuing, I just have to fix them up first.

This month's stickers have arrived! They're a bit bigger than previous batches. Once they've been shipped out, I'm seeking input on the sticker size and packaging. IMHO some of these stickers are a tiny bit past usable in a lot of places because they're about 0.5-1.5 inches longer than usual, so if you prefer the usual 4-inch target size let me know. The cost associated with the slight size difference is negligible so it's fine with me either way. They should be sent out on Wednesday, and then arriving at homes before Tuesday the 26th.

Secondly, the packaging is new. I'm using larger envelopes now with a more rigid cardboard, but my only issue is that the overlap feels a bit hard on the inside, and I'm very much worried about it forming a crease along the stickers with pressure during transit. As an experiment I put one of the envelopes between two pieces of cardboard and ran over it with a truck 3 times and no crease formed, so I THINK it should be okay. If there are any problems at all, like part of the edge of a sticker is peeled up or if any dimples formed, let me know so I can try a different packaging and I'll send you a replacement. If there's slight brown marks on the backs of the stickers, that's to be expected since I imagine that's how they cut them

Also, if you've been following my Twitter you might know that I'm going to finally be selling stickers as individual purchases through the Manori Gumroad. The prices are based on a combination of:

-Does the sticker look good compared to others
-How much stock of the sticker do I have left
-The size of the sticker

I tried to hit a price that's fair for Patrons who received them through subscription (I don't want anyone to feel ripped off if I sold them for too cheap outside of Patreon) and fair to people who might've missed out on them. I ended up landing around $3-$4 for the better stickers. I still want the Sotorium tiers to feel like a fun thing for those subscribed, and still be a discount in the end whether it's for the cost of the stickers or for access to high res exclusives.

Something I considered is if a sticker sold for $3 on gumroad, then 3 stickers would be a total of $9, and then $2 for shipping, totalling $11. So if someone wanted to get every sticker as they came out, Sotorium would be like getting them for a guaranteed price of $3 each plus exclusive content for $1. (Sotorium+ would be getting them for $2.17 each going by the same logic). Plus the idea of mailing out stickers on a monthly basis is kind of fun to do

Lastly, something I'm thinking about doing is putting out an artpack for 2019 on the Manori Gumroad as well as hosting the same exact pack on Patreon for Kuzellium and higher members. There's a few instances where people have told me that they want to be able to support me and have access to exclusives but they feel intimidated by Patreon's monthly structure, and so this pack would be for them. It'll probably cost a little more on Gumroad (Like $7-$10 total) but people totally have the option to just hop onto the Patreon for $5 , grab the pack and then unsubscribe again since they can just do that anyways with everything that has already been posted here. This just makes it more convenient for existing Patrons to have an up-to-date collection of all 2019 artwork. Honestly I would charge more for the pack to Gumroad buyers but since that Patreon option exists, I'm keeping the price low-ish. I personally don't want to do the thing I've seen some artists do where they remove old content from their Patreon so that old packs can sell better (Which is completely fair to do! I just don't want to do that myself)

I will be adding additional countries to the Gumroad's available locations since I wasn't able to change the tier price on Patreon based on country (Made shipping kind of complicated) Perhaps every month I can temporarily offer a 3-pack of new stickers on Gumroad and give discount codes to Kuzellium patrons who want to buy them. Makes it a bit easier to manage shipping costs to non-US regions

Just picked up the stickers from the cold metal trap called the mailbox. The stickers certainly look larger than the last which is definitely not a complaint. Although one of them wont fit in my "Qualzar Sticker Coffee Cup". The sword one though is probably the favorite out of this set, although that probably would've been obvious.
