Let’s talk about the beautiful state of Washington! You’ll never guess who the state is named after. Seriously you will never guess. In this episode we make up our own Frasier Quotes, write some classic Seattle break up songs, and we hold 1000 sneezes in.  What should we do when we visit Washington? What state should we do next?

If you come to Seattle, Cycle Dogs is an awesome vegan restaurant. They have hot dogs, burgers, even brunch stuff!

As a WSU alum that somehow stumbled into the Pullman high school that went to WSU crowd (male roommates nothing creepy, most their parents had ties to to the school) I will echo Daniel Bauer’s statement. The east side has a lot of beauty and fun spots they are just far from anywhere else (I had 2 DIFFERENT college roommates from Wilbur! And that’s like population 500 small! They always mentioned the ugly horse law. Lived on the Washington I-5 corridor my entire life. Chehalis, Olympia, federal way, Seattle, Redmond. If you want true Seattle food get Dicks burgers (sorry JPC). It’s a unique experience and the prices are insanely cheap for what you get and they treat their employees right. Class act business that if someone from Washington hasn’t had you could reply “you haven’t had dicks?” And 9/10 will have a story or reason they haven’t eaten their.

I lived in Cap Hill in Seattle for a little bit and was lucky enough to live above two absolutely stellar food places that I recommend to everyone that visits. Momiji - excellent sushi with an amazing selection of shochu cocktails. Back in 2019 at least they had two happy hours - a regular one and a late night one like 10 until midnight that I lived off of when my sleep and work schedule were completely broken. Eltana - the BEST bagels I’ve ever had in my whole life. I never tried their gluten-free option but I can only assume they do it well. The bagels themselves are absolutely perfect but they also have a huge selection of spreads (although they stopped making the best one of all time - RIP date walnut). They release their own crossword puzzle that you can grab and work on while you wait.
