Walk through a typical day in your life, as you learn to give up your adult worries and cares and become the most adorable and stress free version of yourself possible. Become more and more of the incontinent, carefree baby you have always desired to be in your future and find that your compulsion to become an adorable, giggling, baby becomes stronger and stronger with each listen.

  1. Wake Up
    Wake up in the morning. Remember that you have always loved wearing diapers and that you wish you could wake up wet and happy and comfortable each and every morning from wetting yourself uncontrollably in your sleep.
  2. Morning
    Stumble towards the bathroom to clean yourself up for the day. Remember that you have never liked to use a boring and gross and intimidating toilet and that you have always preferred to use a diaper whenever you feel the desire to relieve yourself easily and naturally.
  3. Breakfast
    Drink a baby bottle full of milk at the breakfast table as you sit in a high chair and think about how much you love eating baby food. Remember that you have always loved eating your food and drinking from a baby bottle from a high chair and that you crave to do so if you desire to be happy in your future.
  4. Work
    Arrive at your stressful job. Think about how much you love and prefer doing childish things, and think about how boring and stressful and uncomfortable adult activities are.
  5. Lunch
    Meet your friends for lunch. Remember how much you love being childish and adorable in public and know that you need to tell everyone that you meet about your love for diapers and dressing like the cute little baby that you have always been.
  6. Evening
    Return to your boring adult home. Recall how boring adult decor and clothing and activities are and fantasize about decorating the space that you live in with bright and colorful and childish decorations. Find yourself thinking about all of the ways in which you can update everything in your life to reflect the child that you plan to transform yourself into in your perfect future.
  7. Cartoons
    Change into your adult pajamas and wish that they were childish and comfortable onesie pajamas. Sit in front of the television and watch boring adult television as you wish that you could laugh and giggle and cry at the completely interesting children’s programming that you fantasize about watching every day. Remember that you desire to clap your hands together and giggle and cry and throw tantrums like a child in order to express yourself in the best possible way in your life.
  8. Bedtime
    Drift off to sleep in your bed as you think about how hard it is to fall asleep without wearing a cozy and relaxing and crinkly diaper. Find yourself thinking about how much more comfortable you would be falling asleep in a snug and enjoyable crib. Discover yourself making plans to update your life with everything that you need in order to become the happiest, most perfect little baby you can possibly become.

*Note: This file adds intrusive thoughts about becoming a baby whenever adult actions are performed. Some language used to strengthen these habits may be stronger than other ABDL files in my collection.

Wow. You weren’t joking about the warning on this one. I’ve been listening for a week and I’ve been seriously COMPELLED to babify my life in ways I only fantasized about before. And the pacifier/thumb addiction is real. Now I just need to find a caretaker lol
