Version 0.10.1 Now Available (Patreon)

Hey guys,

Version 0.10.1 is now ready to all patrons $5 and up. The new version adds roughly 40,000 words, 800 image files and almost 100 video files. So slightly fewer images than usual, however, there are more video files than in all previous updates put together. This change is down to me switching from using stop motion animations to a new video format. I’ve also included the Halloween and Christmas Specials as unlockable bonuses (so that’s an additional 300 images and 13 videos).

This update sets up the storyline for the twins and establishes that Claire will be the one assisting you in punishing them instead of Sally (as decided in a poll). To make a slight confession, I'd been putting off tackling the twins' punishments for quite some time due to the technical complexity of animating two girls being spanked simultaneously. Thanks to my new animation method those issues have been resolved and this update includes the game's first (but definitely not the last) double spanking animation. So much glorious jiggling.

Rachel's storyline advances this update as she continues to experience jealousy towards other women, especially as she watches the headmaster grope and fondle his way around the school under the pretence of searching for drugs. Giving a body search to one particularly busty girl will trigger a new mini storyline for Rachel.

There are four new repeatable football events and four new practice match events. I know in a recent poll it was decided to prioritise a new volleyball storyline over the football one. However, I was a little short on time so I made the football events as the scenes were already written and set up. There is lots of group nudity in the later football match events so I'm sure no one will mind.

There is also quite a bit of extra content for Lucy in this update. Lucy's storyline will split with a choice to forgive her a mistake and treat her kindly, or act dominant and to punish her. Either route you choose, Lucy will clean naked the following week and then offer to perform extra services for you. There's only a couple of extra service options there for now but I plan on adding lots more. I'm also planning a further choice to define your relationship with Lucy (romantic vs transactional) so eventually, there will be four distinct paths to follow.

I hadn't planned to advance Lucy's storyline this update but after she very convincingly won the last poll I held, I decided to change my plans. This did mean that I had to drop a few things that were on my initial list of goals. Most notably Zoe's arrival and a second date with Samantha. Samantha does get a great scene though and assuming you don't mess up then a second date gets arranged. Be sure to save and then play through both of the main options for Samantha's scene and speak with her later in the day about it.

I've tried out a lot of different things with the new animation technique this update, so some scenes (especially the one with Debbie and Rachel) are extremely heavily animated for the amount of dialogue. A lot of this is me figuring things out and trying to see what works and what doesn't. The cum shot for that scene is really a league above anything I've managed to make in the game so far. I've really raised the bar for myself. Now that I understand the process and have built some templates, hopefully, all my animations should be much better and faster to make going forward.

As I mentioned in my last development update I'm still ironing out a few kinks with the red butt effect for the spankings. I've used a few different approaches to get it working with the new video format. Be sure to see both routes for Lucy (dominant/kind), as one route sees her getting spanked in the shower. That animation is the only spanking you can directly control the speed of this update and unfortunately, it had some minor graphical glitches. I've left it in as is, and I'm working on figuring out how to fix it. Have a look for yourselves and let me know if you experience any issues.

Also, remember that after this update we’ll have a poll to decide on the order that the new batch of girls (Alice, Faye, Priti, Liz and the twins) will have their storylines fleshed out. So be sure to give that some thought as you play.

For those of you who have played the beta: I had hoped to add some extra content but didn’t have the time to complete any new scenes, so this version just contains bug fixes and better compression (smaller file size).

Potential save game issues: There were two bugs in the beta which caused a crash due to there being missing definitions if you chose certain options earlier in the game. One was if you didn’t spank Lucy after she broke your vase, or if you did spank her you didn’t give her a big tip afterwards. The other is if you didn’t peak on Arabella being punished by her mother when you were on the date with Samantha. Clearly, I didn’t even contemplate that people would choose those options and so never found those bugs until now. Missing definitions are difficult bugs to fix whilst keeping old saves working so I’ve had to make some compromises. So if you spanked Lucy after she broke your vase the game will now automatically assume you gave her a big tip afterwards. If you’ve had the date with Samantha and went to check on Arabella, the game will assume you opened the door to take a look and then stopped Patricia from spanking her (the best option in the long run). Under all other circumstances, your saves will be unaffected.

Android Users: In theory, you should keep your saves when updating the app but I cannot guarantee it. So please always back up your saves! Saves file are located: android/data/altosandherdone.theheadmaster/files/saves. You’ll need to use an android file manager of some kind. If you get an error saying app not installed try deleting your old version first and try again.
