"Laughing All The Way"

I think it's more or less a habit now that I post the lineart for the December monthly rewards on Christmas day and the final versions on New Years, rather than trying to rush the final version for Christmas itself. That said, I think this is a less stressful way to go about that because it gives me more time to prepare, for the pic itself, especially given that this particular format is MASSIVELY more complex than the usual reward pics on principle. The sheer satisfaction of finishing such a big piece is more than worth it, though! It was great fun mimicking the art and shading style of the various properties represented, and though I could've gone all out and included different textures as well, I'm kinda pressed for time at the moment so I'll probably have to leave it as is for now. I may circle back to this later, though, assuming I have the time after I take care of the IRL things I have to do this New Year's Day.

2022 was a hectic year for me - between changing jobs not once but twice, having to spend time helping and being there for my family, and dealing with a lot of different situations regarding various friends online, it's safe to say that I had noticeably less energy for fetish art and writing than I did in 2021 - which is saying something considering that I barely get by in that respect by default! That being said, though, I'm happy with the lineup I managed to produce, with a variety of concepts and ideas brought to life that I wanted to explore for a while now. Since I'm in a somewhat better emotional state now than at the start of the year, though, hopefully I'll find the mojo to be more productive at least art-wise, especially given the commissions I still need to take care of. I really don't want to make this into a second job as opposed to a hobby I enjoy doing, and I'm sorry if it came off as the former to the rest of you, but I'll do my best not to fall into that trap again if I already did so before (and I certainly will avoid trying to fall into it if I hadn't!). Needless to say, a big round of thanks goes from me to everyone who stuck with me after all this time, and your support is truly appreciated. I look forward to what the future holds for me and you guys and I hope I can keep the (relatively) good times rolling for a long while to come.
