NOV. 2020 REWARD (Lineart) (Patreon)

By a surprise landslide, poll newcomer Raven from Teen Titans (the 2004 cartoon, not that newer series which... well... gets a little less flack nowadays than it once did, I'll give it that) was the "winner" for this month! I for one welcome this, though, because that show was one of my favorites back in the day and Raven herself was a boyhood crush! It was largely her, the Wii Fit Trainer, Toph, and one other female fictional character whom I'd rather not bring up in this context who influenced my tastes in women lol. I'm happy to have drawn this lady of darkness now, and hopefully a public piece of her might grace my DeviantArt gallery in the future, too!

This specific piece is an homage to one of the oldest tickling illustrations I ever laid eyes upon - and incidentally, it was actually that specific pic that made me fall in love with Raven and want to check out the show. I tried to make sure my own illustration wouldn't be a direct ripoff, but the idea is more or less the same. The background here is intended to reference the interior of the Titans' Tower, though, since I wanted to make the style more reminiscent of the actual cartoon.
