The votes are in: This month's chosen character is none other than Terry Bogard, from the Fatal Fury series of fighting games! I've been meaning to draw Terry ever since he was announced as DLC in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but didn't really have the time or excuse to do so until now, which is a shame. Terry actually hits a lot of marks for me when it comes to muscular men, looking youthful in spite of a clearly manly physique especially in the facial features, along with being clean-shaven in all of his portrayals! So it's rather disappointing to me that I have thus far been just a little indifferent to Fatal Fury even though I really do want to start looking into it and its lore. That said, I think this is because outside of Smash Bros., fighting games in general just don't speak to me as much as other game genres, so it's not the fault of the series itself. Regardless, I can certainly see its appeal from the standpoint of someone powered more by figurative thirst than anything else, given that it has more than a few appealing character designs that I would like to give some love in the future. As it is, I decided here to have Terry undergo a very unusual challenge at the hands of four of the female characters from the same series. They are, from left to right: Blue Mary, Mai Shiranui, Tsugumi Sendo, and Li Xiangfei!
