Kalos Hex Maniac from Pokémon has what appears to be a common cold, but it’s actually a virus that turns people into thick and busty Hex Maniacs like her both mentally and physically. Not that it’s a problem for her really.

A Thieving Bat  

A guy breaks into a museum one night and tries to collect gems when a white bat flies through a window into the museum and bites the thief. The thief resorts to Rouge the bat. First his body is transformed by destroying his clothes, then the remains of his clothes are transformed into the typical rouge outfit.

Jealousy is A Bad Look  

A girl is desperately trying to have a girl's night out to reconnect with her life since she's been bored, but her jealous husband/boyfriend is a manipulative jerk and won't let her. She spikes his drink with some magic "boyfriend" fixing powder, and it turns him into a girl. At first confused, but then excited, she convinces her new girlfriend to go on a night out with her. They have the night of their lives and end up having some lesbian fun, and the former boyfriend is more than happy to embrace her amazing new life.

Option 4:

Transformation Highschool  

Summary: An all girls school began to accept boys to their school. However most of the boys that came to the school were perverted and kept bothering the girls. That all changed when the student president hatched a plan to get rid of the boys with some magic. Soon enough the boys all disappeared. Then one day, a new boy was accepted to the school.. The student president didn't like that another boy came to the school, so she decided to do the same thing as what she did to the previous boys, which was changing them into girls and wiped their memories of ever being a boy. The new boy that is at the school get called to the student presidents office, and he is love struck by the beautiful student president. The student president made up all sorts of bogus accusations against the main character, and he ends up being punished and he was changed into a girl. But his memories were still intact, and even though he was changed he still had overwhelming feelings for the student president. So he (now she) asks her out, although stunned, the president accepts her feelings on the condition that she joined the student council. Which she does.

Option 5:

Summer fun in the suburbs

It's a hot summer day and the two protagonists are hanging out in the backyard of the home and try to survive the immense heatwave at the City. They wonder how to spend time together and stay cool at the same time. "Randomly" a Flyer of Lana Inc. Or Lana ACME slaps the face of the protagonist with an advertisement for a cool down kit. A pool, some chairs and sun cream. They purchase it, and due of the Products they change gender.  One changes by using the inflatable pool, the other due of applying of sun cream. The scene ends with 2 babes chillin in the backyard enjoying the summer weather.

High Intensity Dino Training Charity Event - Sexy Edition  

A suspiciously familiar man is getting ready for a charity even but the day before he discovers a tear in his inflatable dinosaur suit. Panicking he rushes out to find a replacement. After coming across a strange costume store (was that always there?) he finds a replacement. The event comes and our hero is suiting up on site. However as his suit inflates he begins to feel strange, his costume turns him into an Amazonian anthro T-Rex! Not realizing anything is strange she heads out to begin her workout, ending with a nice weightlifting glamour shot.
