⭐Hello Patrons!!

These days have turned a rush of preparing Vivian's new adventure and fixing stuff in different Amirian fronts.

It's yet an atypical month, since I'm not working follow the usual schedule, but instead, working to fix and prepare new things.

First thing, an update about our Patreon community.

🥳 I've just moved to subscription billing, instead of the classical monthly pledges.

Those already subscribed won't feel the change, unless they quit and join back again (your choice). New subscribers will be charged monthly at the date of their subscription, avoiding the case of being double charged if they joined at the end of the month, before the pledge of the next month.

We released Amirian Curse on ITCH last week, and since then I have not stopped working on improving and adding new features through plugins for both, Vivian and Anne's game ...

Plugins, extensions, features and general BS I've been working with these days:

• [Obsidian] Day-Night Cycle
• [Obsidian] Dynamic SFX ambient sounds
• [Obsidian] Potential Lighting Plugin, to spot nice glowing effects over the illuminated areas
• [Obsidian - Amirian] Random spell sets to learn (out of class defined spells)
• [Obsidian - Amirian] - Multiple Action Gauge Bars, already implemented.

⭐ (codename) Obsidian Lust:

Right now I'm focused on Vivian's introduction, I think I've just found the way to do it, but as commented days ago, I had in mind to work on different games or game features, and this way I think I could merge them all in one with Vivian's 😉

▶ Play as Vivian (name her the way you want 😆)

▶ Rebuild the tower of an ancient sorceror by gathering and finding resources: stone, wood, iron, textile ...

▶ Explore a vast world and cities to harvest and craft potions, hire npcs, and merchants.

▶ Hire/join workers and units: imps (kuns), magicians, healers, fighters. TT to join them and convert them into Vivian's servants, unlock scenes with them as you progress.

▶ Capture magical monster-girls, breed them in the tower's garden to unlock new consensual scenes, and provide you special items.

▶ Open new quest givers as you unlock npcs in the tower, with random side-quests, following the pattern of Amirian's sidequests.

The new home of Vivian. A huge horizontal-looping tower, to explore and unlock new rooms, then fill them with fashion furniture to let Vivian lounge and pose in her pinups around 😁

ℹ I may need these 2 months to create the initial setup, and expectedly, I'd like to share the first playable demo next Month (we are not that far, actually 😛) Meanwhile, I'll share some drafts in DiscordKun Server, and some animations here for Golds and Platinums.

⭐Amirian Curse

There's a mess I must care of on Chapter 6, on Linda's battle, and I'd like to publish the fix with another interesting update, but it will come all together with these new contents.

✅ Clean up and refactor time!

A mass clean-up and sorting of switches and variables, since many logics were scattered around the game database. Time to remove all hardcoded stuff, sort all variable sets and Test it All!

✅ Optimize and remove duplicated dialogs

Besides, I'm moving all generic NPCs and guards actions into common events to prevent the copy-pasta of hundreds of characters, and handle their behavior from a single event page, neat for text adjustments and translations

✅ Original Character role changes and new/updated contents

I'm actually assigning the new roles to 2 Original Characters in game:

Captain Linda, will become Lady Lucille Jessop's right hand, and her loyal lover, replacing Lynessa Emberlight, and opening a new range of options, since this character fits perfectly on the chapter 4 lore

Lynessa Emberlight, will swap Captain Linda's role in chapter 6 instead, as a high elf, and a priestess of the order, her role in the dungeons of Merril can be flavored with more options and potential animations.

Captain Linda's redesign is on the way, keeping her original personality, more passionate about her mistress, I'm looking for some new ideas for her, so we can have a decent fight and submit scene, since she wants over the top to recover her lover.

Now let's put her in those sexy high heels! 😁

ℹ Next Amirian update is expected for March, but I may share some early access updates before from February

Lol!!  ... and I wanted this month to make a break and learn some new stuff ... hehe well, not really, I keep making some pauses to practice Godot on my coffee time 😁, with some basic assets, I'll try to animate also a character for a platformer after the setup with Obsidian Lust.
