Minigame: JOI PVP Game (+ Updates) (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I hope you're having a great summer so far! 😘🏖️

In the past weeks, some of you have reached out to me directly with your questions or simply because you wanted to talk about something. Although I'm always active on our Discord server, I'm sure you've noticed that publicly I haven't been communicating as much as I'd like to recently. That is, in part, due to myself having been busy with traveling, going out, and in general spending time with friends. Additionally, the major projects I'm working on at the moment are simply not yet at a stage that I can share them with you. 

For that reason, I decided to create this JOI PVP Minigame for you, based on an idea for a feature within my Home Office Game project which I'll talk about in a second. I won't even explain anything about the minigame, just check it out. 😉
However, beware that you might have to wait for a bit when you start a new round. Whether this minigame will actually appear in the Home Office Game, I can't say for sure yet.

And that brings me to my next topic: The Home Office Game and its production progress. While I'm still very passionate about this project, with every day working on the game it feels more and more like a herculean task due to its extent and intricacies. Primarily, I feel bad for leaving you all waiting this long for a new game. Since I do have loads of other ideas for game concepts saved up, I was thinking about putting the Home Office Game on hold and to get back to it after creating a smaller game first. 🤔
However, I will try something else before that. My current plan is to follow Julius Cesar's advice and divide and conquer the Home Office Game by splitting the different storylines into individual projects which I can finish and release as teasers one by one. Combining them all in the end could turn out to be a nightmare but that's a risk I'm willing to take. So yeah, that's the plan which will allow you to have access to the game's individual parts as soon as they're ready and will make it possible for me to finish the Home Office Game more quickly. 

In the meantime, there is a bunch of stuff I want to do before publishing the Home Office Game. One of those was to create new exciting rewards and benefits for you, my supporters. And well, I did exactly that! So my next post later this month will outline two new benefits for you! 🙌

One last thing: To grant you some exclusive insights in return for your support, almost all of my posts this year have been available to you patrons only. I will keep doing that in the future, however, I'm planning to slowly start releasing my past posts of this year to the public. This should help with public awareness without infringing on your supporter privileges since the posts in question are all old news to you anyways. Ideally, you shouldn't even notice it but I just wanted you to know what's going on in case you get some emails or notifications from Patreon about old posts from me. 😅
