I hope things go “swimmingly,” for this couple in the end…I don’t regret that pun…okay I kind of do but I’m still leaving it in lol. Also love the return of the grandma voice, you have so much vocal range, I just love hearing your characters go back and forth in the dialogue. What an amazing episode! I can't stress enough how beautiful and heartwarming I find the relationship of these two characters. Be it the fooling around in the beginning, calling her mistress or accidentally confessing their love for the first time. The drama at the end only highlighted how strong the bond between these two is. That was powerful stuff. I was almost starting to cry myself. 😭 Because of DAs amazing performance, you genuinely feel shocked that this well intentioned act hurt her so much and you know that was the last thing the listener wanted. But the way they reconcile in the end is so beautifully done. There was also an element of tension the whole time because of the looming danger and honestly, I was half expecting the old woman to turn on them any second. Loved the return of the grandma voice btw. 😂 And then you have that mean cliffhanger of course. Dammit! I honestly can't wait for the next one. Love our shark gf.

Was it just me or, did the librarian make anyone else uneasy? Or find it weird how BF kinda just popped up right outside the exact time they left the library? Either way I’m loving this series. The dynamics, the storyline build and, I think I have a new fave pet name because every time she calls the listener “pup” I get all 🥴🥺🥰 lol. Fantastic work as usual DA and brilliant wordsmithing from FFH 🖤
